Hitchcock Remix

Director Retrospective Poster of Alfred Hitchcock. Here I decided to try and put a more optimistic spin to his portrait in contrast to his dark and thrilling films. Also, I was playing on the use of blonde women as victims he so commonly uses in his movies. She's supposed to be awaiting her death under the director's clapboard ( is that what you call it?) It's a little unclear : ( I liked the way it turned out, even though it does seem like more of a miami vice churchill portrait lol

United Airways

For core class we were assigned to do mock advertisement illustrations for United Airways. We were given the option of choosing two out of the five concepts. The two of which I've chosen were:

Luggage without the lugging- a feature where your luggage is delivered right to your doorstep

extra legroom - seating featured with a super amount of leg space to keep your legs happy

Assignments #1 and #2 scanned and posted as promised! I had fun with these guys...They both have a strange creepiness to them that I dig. Haha

I didn't intend him to look like a creepy pedophile caught in the act I swear!

2 hour in class assignment: illustrate a DVD cover for the movie, Rushmore. We were given a hint with the title scrambled- thank god for unscramblers on the internet! I was able to get the title and prep my elements before hand. Enjoyyy : )

OCAD Zine fair! : )

Today I was part of the Ocad's 3rd Annual Zine fair : ) I must say it went pretty well! shacked up beside some good friends and had a great time. Thanks to those of you who checked out my table! it made my day :D Below are some of the zine stickers I printed out and sold/gave away!

Also today I was lucky enough to do a surprise swap with Harvey Chan! The medium master! :D I love buttons! especially when it's made by an amazing artist that I respect. Thanks Harvey!
